Alexandru has always done a great job with my teeth, and the receptionists have been pleasant, in my experience.

Kind, friendly, polite staff. Professional, clean and informative. I have a anxiety disorder and I'm terrified of the dentist and they made the whole experience comfortable and less terrifying so definitely 5 stars in my book. Happy to be a patient here!

I was lucky enough to sign up as a new NHS patient here and get an appointment straight away. I needed a filling and Dr Alex was great! Gentle and reassuring, really happy! The ladies working the reception are really lovely too. Highly recommended!

I was treated today by Florentina for relatively extensive treatment and felt so at ease and cared for as her patient. She was both considerate of my experience and helpful in her advice. The reception staff were both friendly and so helpful, I'm really glad I found this practice and will definitely be returning for further appointments with Florentina.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Alex for my first ever deep teeth clean! I was so nervous as i didn't know what to expect, but Alex went slow and professionally! :) Really pleased with the result and yes, i will keep up flossing! :D Just the team there are all so kind and caring, and friendly! First time using this practice, always such friendly staff at reception, make you feel welcomed and answer any questions I have when I ring up. Dr jacobi is an exceptional dentist he has transformed my teeth from yellow with full of tar, to white teeth. He also got me the mindset to stop smoking. Couldn't of done it without their help. I recommend this dentist to anyone with dental problems. :)

From the moment I walked in Dr Alex had an attitude. He argued with me about what a specialist had told me and had a really horrible attitude. He contradicted what a specialist had told me which has lead me to believe he was trying to add on unnecessary treatments for financial gain.He did a simple teeth clean which was very painful. I have never experienced pain when having this treatment in my pervious practice. I was flinching which seemed to make Dr Alex agitated. He roughly grabbed my jaw several times. I have a displaced jaw so this was very painful.I asked the reception if I could not have a different dentist in the future and if it would be okay to put that in my notes. No staff member asked me why or showed any compassion.As I was walking out I overheard a reception staff member talking about me to the other patients in the room totally disregarding my experience and talking about me in a negative manner.A horrific experience and I believe this practice should not be allowed to carry out medical care when they are giving misinformation to their patients for financial gain.
