Had my car valeted by Altered Images Valetinf. So impressed by the results

Unprofessional is a good description for Jack who runs Altered Images Valeting. After booking a valet and waiting 7 days for the service, Jack did not arrive. When I rang him, he told me he had not arrived because he has a more important customer to deal with and would arrive at midday. This never happen and because I tried to call him a few times he eventually barred my number on his phone. The next day I contacted him using a landline and he answered and promised to reschedule my valet and call me back that night with a date. That never happened. So in conclusion and based upon my experience, Jack is totally unprofessional and unreliable and I guess his ability to valet a car is also way below par. As such, if you live in Harrogate steer clear of mobile, unprofessional one-man-bands and use a proper organisation that has an established premises like Prestige Valeting in Knaresborough - they are truly excellent.

Absolutely spotless every time!

After a muddy walk, my car was in need of a good clean. My seats were mucky and there were bits all over the place. Anyway, Altered Image offered a really excellent service, my car looks great. I'll be booking again. I'm no longer ashamed to get in my car!!!

Was recommend this company by a friend. They arrived promptly in the morning as organised and finished our two cars in good time with fantastic results. The cars looked and smelt brand new, every inch of the car was immaculate, especially good considering we have dogs. Will definitely be using them again!

Great service with a smile...I needed a last minute clean as I was taking my woman to Alton Towers for a cheeky holiday and Altered Images were there to help me look good.....all at a great price.....I would definitely recommend and use again.
