This is very nice and serene location, and the chapel is peaceful and has a very nice ambience. Plenty of parking. It's fairly remote, so if driving there, the use of a sat nav is recommended.

We are still dealing with a pandemic, absolutely no social distance being used, I am sure it wouldn't be to difficult to ask people to leave an empty row between mourners

Disgusting cancelling funerals at short notice cause the owner wants the day off.

I attended a funeral and we all felt there was no respect given to the person as we felt it was rushed, the person who gave the service kept stumbling on his words and there was no compassion felt. I would urge others to look for better service elsewhere. And if I had a choice I wouldn't of given it even 1 star....

Attended several funerals here over the years and they have always gone well. Tranquil atmosphere inside and out, plenty of carpark spaces if there is a large gathering of people too. The staff are always professional in their jobs also. No complaints here. 5 stars.**********Update 17 Sept 2018Note: In defence of the crematorium and in regards to the other reviewers who felt they were 'rushed' during their service.... This is a *busy* crematorium! The only one between Dundee and Aberdeen in fact, so I'm sorry that my fellow reviewers felt rushed, but I imagine the staff/ funeral directors allow for a set amount of time per funeral (45 mins-1 hour?) because there's always a steady stream of funerals waiting to take place here.I've attended numerous funerals at this crematorium and as I've driven on to the premises, I could see a funeral service was just finishing and the mourners slowly leaving. Likewise after attending a funeral here, I've seen another one waiting to get the go ahead for the hearse to arrive on site. Busy place. I wouldn't have said we were rushed but you have to bear in mind there's other people waiting to be cremated on the same day as your loved one! Funeral services have a timetable to stick to, and if they don't....I suppose this has a knock on effect to other scheduled cremations for that day also.My two cents.
