Form on website doesn't work. No answer when ringing - expect either to be on hold for an hour plus, or for your call to be hung up without a word.

Absolute joke. Cancelled 2 of my appointments and anytime I tried to call them it’s either a lunch break or the practice is closed. They are open from 9 am but called around 10 am. No idea what’s going on there

I visited the dentist as a regular check up and I turned up on time to check in at reception. There were two young receptionists on the desk, one wearing an all pink tracksuit and the other in just a casual jeans and a jumper. The woman wearing the pink tracksuit had her feet on the desk playing on her phone. The other receptionist was rude. I asked for a change of name which they did on their records without even asking for a proof of identity. I went to the dentist, who I'd not met before, and ask if she was new, she said she isn't permanent here just a locum. I asked how many permanent members of staff they have here, and she replied none, they are all locum. So I said I'm not returning because when you're working with medical professionals you want to build a relationship and trust with them. You don't want to turn up to someone different every time who doesn't know you or your history. Very poor and frankly unacceptable from a customers point of view.

Went to have airflow cleaning today and it was great experience. friendly staff and receptionist, easy to arrange. My go to for regular cleaning on stain. For those who are new you need to go to the first floor and not on the ground floor.

Was directed here through the emergency dental service so I can only really rate based on a one time visit. Unfortunetly emergency treatment is the only option most people have these days but a duty of care and patient consideration should be adopted in all capacities. I can't say I experienced this whatsoever. I was treated like a burden and turfed out of the chair within 10 minutes when I was the only person in the surgery. Told constantly to get a regular dentist for more treatment which is near impossible for everyone right now. I explained I know there is a referral scheme in place for people who need extensive treatment and the dentist told me she knew nothing of it. Insisting I will be given a filling and antibiotics and left to work out what happens next myself. What happens is I wind up in another emergency dentist surgery when the problem comes back and the advice to find a permanent dentist will be given again with no hope or help. She put a temporary filling in my effected tooth without even cleaning it first and the pain is now ten fold. Can't begin to say how frustrating it is to be in need of dental help and to have someone treat you like a waste of their time. Even as I cried with exhaustion with it all in the chair the dentist ignored me and sent me on my way just as soon as the filling was shoved in. Horrible experience.

Don’t think that they employ a receptionist, as it’s near impossible to get hold of them on the phone, just seems like it’s by chance when somebody is walking past the phone

I’ve been a patient of the practice for ten years and in that time the service has gone from very good to very poor. The receptionists are not very good. I have had several appointments cancelled without notification and then receptionists telling me on the phone that they rang me and spoke to me to cancel which was simply not true. I was informed in the summer that the practice is switching to a new IT system and so is not booking any new routine appointments until I am transferred to said system. The receptionist couldn’t tell me how long this would take - weeks, months, she had no clue. Now I am trying to call to get an appointment and there is no answer. I never see the same dentist either it is seemingly entirely staffed by locums. I know NHS dentistry is woefully underfunded but this is absolutely appalling service. I am actively looking for a new practice.

Dental practitioners are brilliant but the reception team is the worse I have experience. very rude and seem not to update communications with with their patients. I hade to make double payment just because a rude reception supervisor said she could see payment but no not was left by an agency receptionist about the dentists communication. also I receive a call today that I was going to be taken of the dentist as I didn't attend my appointment mean while I called yesterday at 09:21 and was on the phone to the receptionist to cancel which she confirmed cancellation and rebooked me for next week The same rude supervisor called again to defend there was no traces of my call even though i have an evidence of the conversation with the receptionist. unprofessional and very layback

Worse dentist ever been comming here for a while. Had my appointment cancelled 7 times. Don't answer phones, staff turn up late, don't get back to you when they have cancelled an appointment. Don't call you back to re-arrange. I have seen 3 different dentists in the space of 7 months. My appointments have been cancelled since February this year and I've only just managed to get seen after I had contacted them personally myself. Really unprofessional practice

Cannot get in touch to book an appointment. Form on their website is broken and gives an error message whenever I try it. Have called multiple times over the past 2 weeks and nobody answers. When it goes through to the voicemail it always says you can't leave a message because the inbox is full. Sometimes they pick up and hang up rather than letting you get to the voicemail. I'm going to have to drive over to book an appointment. They used to be better - I never struggled to get through in the past.
