They had cut my hair unevenly and when I asked them to cut my hair up to my mid back but they ended up cutting it to above my shoulders.

Wouldn't even rate it one star... my hair as been cut uneven no layers just hacked into the sides not even blended in my hair is absolutely ruined was shoulder length now an uneven bob it look ridiculous do not even want to leave the house it will take months to grow back AVOID AT ALL COST.....

They absolutely destroyed my hair that was 74cm long. Cut way too much then bleached it and that was it. Just bleach. No olaplex no treatment no toner nothing. They are not even certified or qualified. Don’t even speak proper English. DO NOT GO HERE. My hair was dry and dead it looked horrible. They have let me down three times. They don’t even blend the roots in with the bleach it’s streaky. I didn’t go to college the next day because of how bad it looked. I stayed home and dyed my own hair back to brunette .

She was awful... I asked her to do full face waxing and she made one eyebrow smaller! She made me look awful

Worst experience. Had a hair cut recently. I dont think the staff is actually skilled and certified. Think i can do the blowdry dry better than her.. And my hair Wasn't layered well as both sides were different length without finishing.

absolute shambles. The staff cant even speak english. I asked for a few long layers for my daughters hair to reduce some of the thickness and the lady literally cut it so short when i specifically told her do not touch the length. Doubt anyone who works here is actually qualified to cut hair. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Asked for very long layers and specifically said don't want the length shortening. She ended up taking so much hair off and leaving a small section at the back very long. I kept saying thts too short and she insisted it wouldnt look nice otherwise. Now it looks like I have medium length hair with extensions. Very lovely lady, but gave me a cut I did not want. Very sad to have to now spend years regrowing. If you want a cut that a random stylist likes, rather than what you want, go here. Wish I read the reviews first.
