Kate at the Bletchley Tesco branch was amazing! Had a watch with broken glass that I wanted repaired ready for my partners birthday and she did a fantastic job all within my 15 minute stroll around Tesco. So chuffed!

Needed a new car key as my buttons has fallen out. Went into CentreMK Timpsons and was in and out within 20 minutes. 10/10 customer service.

UPDATED June2022: Obviously under new management. Went for multiple keys as every where else was closed. Guy behind the counter was friendly, helpful and speedy. After the last visit was so poor I was really dubious but service was perfect............ Took my daughter to get her first ever front door key cut. Big moment for her. Person inside really was not bothered. It was like we were an inconvenience to him. Terrible customer service and we ended up walking out with a key that was not what we wanted. Very disappointed

Don’t go here to get your phone screen fixed complete waste of time after waiting two days I’m left with a fixed screen that doesn’t work!! Waste of time and money! So I’ve gone from having a working phone to a phone that doesn’t work at all and is completely broken, I’m now having to look at buying a whole new phone!

Had a front door key cut from a another key that works perfectly, the new one doesn't even turn the lock. Very poor

I had my watch fixed with a lifetime battery fitted. The battery lasted three days then stopped working. I will return the battery when I return from holiday.
