Our main contact, Laurence, coordinated the project from beginning to end and the installers of gas central heating, wall insulation and loft insulation were polite, helpful, did a good job and and left the property tidy and fully decorated in a timely fashion. No complaints from me.

This company really are one of the best in the industry. The service I received when they came to install my insulation & heating upgrades was second to none. Everything was fully explained and taken care of and nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend IHI enough!

They turned up offering funding for insulation , extraction and new storage heaters , insulated loft , put extraction in (still not wired up 3 months later ) I took my heating system out in anticipation and they haven’t been back so left with no heating , only reason got 3 stars is the lads are great

An outstanding company and very professional staff.Received a call to offer free boiler and interior wall insulation, which initially you think is too good to be true. A few months later I now have a full complete Combi Boiler + Radiators and system all installed by IHI via a grant, no cost to myself. Also, complete interior wall insulation, including plastering, again no cost, via a grant. I would highly recommend IHI , not just because the services provided were from a grant, but mainly because of the professional staff employed, all so helpful, friendly and real professionals. I've already passed on their details to friends.

Top service from start to finish. I had loft insulation from this company and they were progressional and courteous throughout the full process. I would really recommend and would be interested in getting any further work installed if possible in the future.
