Awful standard of policing needs public relations training ASAP complete tyrant mentality. How to lose respect of the public is their specialty

Contacted the Superintendent regarding concerns surrounding someone's demise. A matter that I would of thought that most reasonable people would consider deserves the attention and time of this senior officer. Unfortunately the matters raised did not seem a priority for this officer's time. Are the police fit for purpose for the community? I can see how the police have managed to receive such a low level satisfaction score rating from the public.

Spoke to Izzy via phone at the front desk and she was extremely chipper and very informed about what services the police offer and even went online to confirm a new service for me and took the time to walk through the process with me. Really appreciated it and is nice to see that the department is taking the face" of the police station seriously and putting a well rounded and intelligent individual to deal with the people issues.GOOD JOB IZZY who deserves all 5 stars.Unfortunately I only gave a 4 star rating as there is a hefty fee that is past on down from Home Office to take a simple set of fingerprints. Wonder if it will be cheaper to get nicked for a mister meaner to get my prints taken that way;-)))"

Had a little stay here a couple of weeks ago. Reception was more that welcoming, staff helpful but a bit hands on. Facilities were basic but spotless! Would stay again on short term basis but long term would be a bit cramped. Was offered food but I politely declined, so cant rate it, I’m sorry. But they do make a lovely brew

Full of jelly heads, need to respect the public and their rights. Stop acting like you are above members of the public and show them some respect. Shocking and awful officers trying to mke crimes up where none have been committed.

I contacted the police force three times when I lived in Hereford between 2010 and 2012, once to report explicit images being shared of a minor - I can honestly say that the officer was the most undermining male I have ever spoken with. The second time was to report that a mentally disabled young lady had run away from an institute and was knocking on our windows and trying to grab us in our garden - they didn’t turn up at all. The third time they did attend to save another young lady who was trying to take her life and throw herself from a bridge into the river but they were incredibly rough with her and rude to her considering that she was clearly in a very poor mental state. I have no words for the appalling state of the service I witnessed in Hereford, shocking.

i was being assaulted by a roadside thug...i felt my wifes life threatened. I trusted the police. They did nothing but offer victim counselling the next day. I needed employment, but a DBS application SAT in the Hereford police in tray in June, July and into August. Meanwhile I am homeless, and my wife has left me. I will never trust the police again.
