JLP Decorating has done a fantastic job painting our existing staircase and new loft conversion staircase. Turned up to quote for the job when he said and got us booked in before we have carpets fitted which was greatly appreciated. JLP Decorating have just concluded a major project of mine. This involved the complete re-decoration of 5 double bedrooms, an office, snug, lounge and 3 storey hallway.I choose James and JLP Decorating as I wanted someone that I could easily work with and could direct/coach me with different types of paint, finishes and making my ideas a reality. Right from the initial quote, I instantly knew James was going to be a great fit for the project I had in mind. The turnaround in quote was within a couple of days, which I was really impressed with.James and his team were here for around 2 months in total. In that time, every single wall and ceiling was machined, filled and prepped to perfection. The detail and effort that James and his team invest in the prep is unreal. Everything is primed and finished to the highest standard. The walls in the property are as smooth as glass such has been the quality of the work done.The range of services that James and JLP Decorating offer is fantastic. It was amazing to be able to have one company come in and re-spray the original shutters, stairs cases and all new cabinetry that had been recently installed as well the re-decorating of walls, ceiling and wood work.My project was unique in that the colours used were primarily blacks, off-blacks and dark greys. The fact that at the end of the project, there was not a single drop of paint or mess left anywhere (I had new flooring and carpets installed a few weeks prior) is testament to the professionalism and expertise that JLP Decorating offers.The end result has been absolutely stunning. I would say that it exceeded my expectations, but I just knew from when I first met James and saw the quality of the work in the first few days that the finish would be to the highest of standards.I could not recommend James and JLP Decorating highly enough. On a professional level, the expertise and knowledge that James has, instantly builds trust and he could not have been more accommodating.On a personal level, having never met James and his team before this project, they are literally the nicest guys you will ever meet. By the end of the 2 months, James was an extension to our family. He was absolutely amazing with my 4 boys, always taking time to chat to them, asking how their day had been and was just genuinely a positive guy throughout the whole process. It never felt like he was over imposing himself, it was just a really good fit for us as people and what we were trying to achieve for our family.In short, would highly recommend James and JLP Decorating and will certainly be using them again for the next phase of the project

JLP Decorating are certainly professional, tidy and will always go the extra length for their clients. Their service is unparalleled in my opinion and their work is spot on. James is such a lovely guy too, it's been a pleasure having him and his team working in my house.
