Fitzleroi Barn

Beautiful barn in a lovely rural setting. Julia and Louise were both fantastic when we had to postpone twice due to Covid, and on the day when we wanted everything to be perfect. Great communication and friendly help and advice. Plenty of parking and a lovely courtyard if the weather is good.Would highly recommend.

I DJ'd for a wedding at this place and have done on and off for years. It's a lovely little venue for parties. The only reservation i have is that they've installed a noise limiter in the performance area which means that the party won't be as wild as many other venues. Thankfully it's not as harsh as some limiters, but it's still has an impact on how bassy and dynamic the music can be. On the upside, it is a beautiful building and a lovely location.

Worked as a wedding photographer at a reception here a few years back, and was very impressed with the beauty of the barn itself as well as the friendliness of the staff. Would recommend.

Our wedding day at Fitzleroi Barn was truly perfect! Louise and Julia were amazing to work with and great at communicating from our first viewing to our big day. We had a few meetings beforehand to ensure the day would run as we wanted it to, they were extremely accommodating.Fitzleroi Barn has a special courtyard which was great to have our drink reception in with plenty of outdoor seating and space for guests to mingle and chat with each other. The staff work throughout the year to ensure all the plants and flower beds look amazing. If it is raining the long room can provide an alternative location to the courtyard if needed.Inside the beautiful barn, there is plenty of space for guests to enjoy their meal and move around when they need to. The fairy lights added some magic and the addition of being able to set up the day before was a huge benefit. It meant that on the morning of the wedding we could all relax as we knew the hard work was done.On the day itself, they were around to make sure that everything went according to plan. We cannot thank Fitzleroi Barn enough for all their hard work towards out big day! We cannot recommend them enough!

A beautiful venue! The whole team at Fitzleroi were always helpful, accommodating and nothing but warm and welcoming! We would get married again here in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

We only saw a couple of venues before picking Fitzleroi Barn, but we knew instantly when we arrived for the first viewing that this is where we wanted to get married.The location is stunning, the barn picturesque and Julia and Louise just made us feel so welcome from day 1. There was nothing that was too much for them and they made planning the day so easy and stress free - all of their advice was invaluable and the day felt so seamless which was down to all their hard work! The day was absolutely perfect, we couldn't have asked for better.Throughout planning and the day itself the team were easy to get in touch with, always on hand to help and were so on the ball and organised it meant we could focus more on other things. Being able to set up the day before and pack up the day after too was a big plus!Thank you for having us and making our day so special!

We had our wedding here in September and it was everything we ever dreamed of. After looking at almost every venue in Sussex, Fitzleroi Barn was just beautiful inside and out. A very traditional barn with beautiful beams.Julia and Louise ensured the day was plain sailing and were super quick to answer any questions we had.We really liked how you have the day before to set up - it allowed us to do all our own decorations.It is a lovely rural setting, and we were also treated to an amazing sunset (our photographer said one of the best she had seen!).

Our Wedding day was just over two weeks ago now and it was all that we could have dreamed of, and more! Julia and Louise at Fitzleroi Barn were fantastic! All of the way through our wedding planning from our first visit to the clear-up day after our wedding day they were both always so friendly, professional and efficient. We felt from our early visits that Julia and Louise were people we could entrust with our wedding day, owing not least to all of their experience, and that intuition paid off. Even when we had a slight hiccup (not because of them) they were proactive and willing to go beyond their responsibilities to handle it on the day.The venue itself is stunning. It happened to be the first of four venues we shortlisted and we were pretty certain even then that Fitzleroi Barn was where we wanted to get married. The barn itself is beautiful, the Long Room we used as a quiet room (which worked brilliantly) – and everyone loved the courtyard! We booked a couple of years in advance and visited a few times between first viewing and the wedding day and it was nice to see that on each visit something new was being added, it all goes together to show the care that is poured into the venue. The courtyard looked stunning with all of the flowers in bloom and the view of the South Downs provided beautiful backdrops for our photos.From start to finish Fitzleroi Barn was the perfect place and people to entrust our wedding day to – we are both incredibly grateful and would not hesitate to recommend this venue!

As soon as we viewed this beautiful venue, I knew it was the right one for us, it ticked all the boxes and wow did it deliver! Julia and Louise were so helpful through all the months of planning and Louise was amazing on the day and helping us with the set up the day before.We had a December wedding and it was so magical in the gorgeous rustic barn. We decorated the barn with a couple of christmas trees and some foliage, but it is already so beautiful we didn't need to add much. It really lends itself to a winter wedding!The venue worked well with all of our suppliers and it all went just as we had planned. Thank you for all of your help and for having such a great venue, couldn't recommend it more!
