John was punctual, presentable, polite and professional.We recieved the quote including a full breakdown which was easy to understand. The quote was affordable and due to the professionalism shown up to this point. I decided to proceed with Merseyside Movers & Storers Ltd.Due to circumstances outside of my control I was unable to secure an exact move date and Merseyside Movers & Storers Ltd were very flexible and accommodating to my needs.Upon arrival of the van and gentleman moving my family. Paul and Jodan both introduced themselves and asked to enter my property for a look. They both explained what rooms and items they wanted to start with. Both Paul and Jordan were polite and professional.Merseyside Movers & Storers Ltd were professional, polite and courteous throughout the whole customer journey, from quote to completion.They we're accommodating when we we're waiting to exchange contracts which eased the stress of moving.Paul and Jordan were considerate for our belongings and our pet cat. It was never about getting us from one property to the next, they wanted the job done right, even working outside their dedicated hours.Merseyside Movers & Storers Ltd provided an exceptional service and I wish I could provide them with 10 stars. Merseyside Movers moved us from London to Liverpool in a day. It was a long day, but Jack, Matty, and Paul took it all in their stride and put us at ease at every stage. They were so professional and efficient as well.Thanks also to Lisa for being so reassuring in the lead up to the move, and helping us work things out when we needed to change our move date.

We used Merseyside Movers to remove all our stuff to our new house and honestly they were amazing!We called on the Monday and luckily due to a cancellation we were able to get in with them on the Friday.Communication from Lisa was absolutely great and so friendly.The items were packed and loaded with care and all items were well looked after.They really did a fantastic job. Couldn't recommend Merseyside Movers enough. We almost stupidly attempted it ourselves but looking back it was the best decision we made. From the communication and their understanding with our sliding move date, to the actual move itself, the whole team were great and couldn't have done anymore for us.

Great service and very friendly.I needed an upright piano moving from the ground floor to an upstairs bedroom, and when a professional piano moving service came out and said it wouldn't be possible, I asked Merseyside Movers to come and give it ago. They succeeded first time round. They were very friendly and really took care when coming to move the piano, using sheets for the stairs and a cover for the piano. A very professional service for a great price! I would highly recommend!

We can't recommend this group enough for moving and long term storage. They have moved us 3 times since 2019 if you include moving our stuff into storage. Calm, professional and adapted with no fuss when we ended up with a lot more volume to move than expected when we took on a relative's contents.They've stored a 4 bedroom house worth of stuff, bikes, furniture, boxes for 19 months and nothing smells mouldy, old or dusty. All our contents might have well been stored in someone's living room for the amazing way everything has come out when unpacked. We haven't had to freshen up anything.Staff very responsive and helpful to queries. Efficient and careful with moving our contents 3 hours away to new city.

Amazing from start to finish. We had a short turnaround between contracts and completion and Merseyside Movers & Storers were just brilliant in helping us do this. Everybody we came into contact with were extremely professional and very personable. Lisa was very helpful giving us all the information we required and getting it all arranged very efficiently. John was very professional reviewing our goods to provide a quote which we received immediately and we were absolutely delighted with Frank and Paul. They were amazing on the day and worked so hard to provide a brilliant service. We highly recommend Merseyside Movers and we had such a good cross country removal experience because of them. We enquired about moving a treadmill from one house to another whilst renovating our property. John was prompt in responding asking for photos and some further information. Once they had the photos they managed to fit us in the same day and the service was brilliant. Despite the size of the treadmill, not one mark or damage to any walls and the treadmill itself. Fantastic service and would highly recommend to anyone.
