I had a problem with my iMac I could not sort it out. Took it to the Durham store where Chris tried to sort it out for me but he was unable after a number of tries to put the new os updated on that day.I left it with Chris at the store over night. The next day he had sorted out the problem installed the new os and cleaned all the rubbish off my pc which I thought I had doneIt's the best customer service which I have ever received . A good service from the Durham store.

Absolute garbage regarding customer service.I took a MacBook Air into the store on apple's suggestion as it was displaying multi coloured screen on start up, he either couldn't be bothered or wasn't capable of checking it out. despite the fact id said there were some that could be tried that I may not have done correctlyinstead he was more intent in sending it off for a period of 21 days at a cost of £25 .I was literally in the store for 2 mins with an assistant who had zero customer service ability.I should have realised what to expect when his first remark to me was have you got s mask" in a jobsworth manner"

My daughters Ipad was stuck on the homescreen and did not find Apple helpful at all in helping me restore the device, however they recommended I took it to Stormfront and I must say they were extremely helpful, friendly and got the problem resolved within half an hour. Shout out to Colin who advised me of the whole process on the phone before hand. Will definitely be using in the future and recommending family and friends - thanks guys

Bought iPhone X today, set up in shop, given tutorial and went off on merry way. Got home phone wouldn’t start or do anything. Went back to shop and matter sorted without questions or fuss. More than happy with reception and service at Durham store. Have bought numerous things here and any issues have always been resolved. I would recommend them.

AMAZING SERVICE. The team at the Durham store were so calm and patient. They provided a clear resolution to my Mac. The team in Exter too! I will be back but hopefully in the nicest way possible I hope I won’t!! (We’re not breaking things anymore) Best tech shop in Durham!

What a shambles , had appointment booked for 1.40.. on arrival shop closed for lunch. Handwritten sign ssaying back at 2.20pm..Waited for the staff to return, no apology or explanaction.. just tough luck.. and couldn't fix Mon or problem anyhow

Max and Callum were genuienly the loveliest and most helpful people I could have asked to help me buy my new laptop. I was panicking because my old one had just broken but they were so calm and good at explaining everything to me and getting me a good price, extremely grateful and would massively recommend to any one especially students who need help with their electronics! Thanks again, amazing help.

I always come here to the Apple reseller to get any Mac issues sorted out, rather than go to an Apple Store. I find that Colin and his team give a much more friendly and personalised service. Any issues I’ve experienced are always sorted out swiftly and without any long wait. Highly recommended

Fantastic service and advice!!!My iPhone was beyond the apple online technical support capability.I took my phone into the Select store in Durham and Colin sorted out all the issues - there were many!Great store, expert help and advice, patient, friendly and very helpful staff - would definitely recommend. It's a great place, went to ask them about my issue with my iPhone 6S Plus and was told it needed battery replacement, so got home and booked an appointment to get it fixed and when I went to get it fixed it was the same staff who was the engineer and replaced the battery and I was happy they were really friendly and fixed my phone and even willing to tell me what other issues they found during the replacement of the battery but one thing is they broke my camera cables which is annoying since it was working before I sent it in to get it fixed but again the staff gave me a temporary iPhone while my old phone is getting fixed and when the engineer told us about the issues especially the camera not working, he wasn't rude nor impatient but was willing to answer our questions and told us what he would do so will definitely recommend this store to anyone who uses apple and has questions or needs their apple devices fixing, engineer also said if we wanted us to get battery replaced on the day we told them about the issue, they told me that they recommend only one place but all in all I would recommend this more than any other store in Durham.
