I came across this part (GU Centre Latch and Deadbolt Keep) on the Windoor Website (I had been looking for ages). I ordered online and picked it up in the shop. Fitted in 5 minutes and works perfectly. Great price and the lads in the shop were very helpful.

Terrible. Haven't got goods or email to say on the way, or email responding to follow up. And the other review on this website is posted by one of the directors! (Check companies house). Regret using. Will seek money back from bank.Update - eventually received goods. No notification. No follow-up from company. The tools were as ordered, in good condition and (looked) new. The window gasket ordered was not the correct size. Should have been wider than the one I had from another company. Perhaps I took the wrong measurements, but went back to my original supplier. This company is too difficult to work with online.. Perhaps better for local customers.
