The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I’m new to this dental practice and during my new patient exam was confronted with the fact that one of my teeth needed some major work, the dentist discussed a number of options and potential outcomes. We agreed a course of action and I must say that the estimate for the cost of the work was very reasonable. The care taken throughout the treatment was outstanding and I felt totally at ease. As someone with a fear of dentists, all I can say is that they’ve been fantastic with me. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful, and I’ve always been put at ease. I had two teeth extracted this morning and it was a really positive experience, with no pain whatsoever. I can’t recommend them enough.

I was quite early for my appointment yesterday but was delighted when Rebecca's dental nurse announced that they were running ahead of schedule and could complete my regular check up before the hygiene appointment I had booked. Wonderful I was out almost before I was due to arrive with my teeth cleaned as well.Not often people are called in early and it kept the day running smoothly for everyone. I had a bad experience with the dentist along time ago meaning I was petrified of going for more than a check up…. I approached Edward house with the intention of wanting sedation (just for a deep clearance) I had an appointment with Marie for my teeth deep cleaning thinking I was going to struggle but Marie and her dental assistant were absolutely amazing…. Not to mention their care towards me knowing I was nervous…… I would highly recommend using this dentist

Reception staff brilliant, new carpet on stairs welcome as shows they care about cleanliness, computers always seems down which is a pain and lengthy delays between appointments for continuing care annoying. All faults forgiven because everyone polite and cheerful

Fantastic practice. After a life long dislike of dentists, Edward House has transformed my mouth and my dislike of dentists. After decades of not attending a dentist, I was so comfortable in their care that I had 2 implants in one session.I'm not going to single out individuals but the entire staff - reception, dentists, hygienists - are top class. It is more of a pleasure to attend the practice than a chore.Don't get me wrong, you pay for what you get and it might not be for everyone but if you can afford it or are on Den plan etc, just do it. For e.g. they invested a lot of money on equipment during the pandemic that meant that I did not have a single appointment delayed or cancelled.Fantastic staff, latest equipment, nice surroundings and all the benefits of a private practice.One not so obvious benefit - all of my family are now customers of Edward House, including my autistic grandson. You would not believe how difficult it can be to treat an autistic child. He had his first treatment, a filling (with injection) last week. The dentist was fantastic, I can only think he had done a lot of research or training on the subject. The little guy came out of there with a big smile on his face and I know he will be happy to attend in the future - huge success.I highly recommend Edward House.

Dominic is the best dentist I have ever used. He explains any treatment he does in a very reassuring manner, is very thorough and knowledgeable providing excellent care and advice. Maria the hygienist always does an excellent job and like the reception team is very friendly and helpful. I can’t speak highly enough of the service you get from EHDS. It is excellent and I would fully recommend them to anyone

I have used Edward House for many years now ,in the last decade myself and my son have been looked after by Dominic. He gives exceptional patient care and service,we both feel very well looked after,any concerns we have had have been dealt with speedily and with great care and attention.I also visit Maria as my hygienist and what can I say,she is fantastic . Maria balances exceptional patient care and treatment with friendly chat and banter,getting it just right every time,it's a pleasure to visit Edward House!

Always consistently professional, courteous, and friendly. All the reception staff are great and very helpful. A fantastic dental practice!
