Appalling. Had deliveries from here for over 10 years and now cannot even book a slot due to deliveries being moved to Horwich, 20 miles away! This is not how you treat loyal customers who have paid a £75 delivery saver fee for a year! Never again will I shop here. Sainsburys here I come!

Decent sized store with a lot of new none food items added recently to increase their range from kids toys to home and kitchenware. Decent sized carpark with collection ponts. Only thing that lets it down is the too often moody staff members.

just a quick note. i was recently in this store, when i got to the check out a wonderful lady called Debbie served me, she was polite chatty friendly and genuinely brightened up my day. i wish all checkout staff were like this. keep up the good work

Spent £100 on a small shop ( our gluten free shopping is %40 higher than the average person ) and most of the food we bought from here was going off in the next two days !! How sick is Tesco for Alowing this ??

Can’t fault the customer service! I had a problem with an online money off coupon which was due to an error on my part and Linsay in customer service went out of her way to help me. Even though she was on her own to begin with, she was determined to do as much as possible to resolve my problem. Cherise was also a great help when she saw what Linsay was doing and between the two of them they sorted it out quickly and efficiently. I’d had a stressful couple of days and I really appreciated their kindness and friendly attitude. Thank again ladies!

I had a genuine complaint about over charging and had the receipt to PROVE it but how it was dealt with by the Customer Service SUPERVISOR (name available) Haydock store was atrotious. She was abrupt, would not listen to my complaint nor would she explain why I was overcharged. Ive never been [bullied] or treated in such a way and she made a fool of me in front of other customers. Never been a fan of Tesco but this put the icing on the cake. Wont go in a Tesco Supermarket again
