I rented a car from this organisation in June. When I got back home and checked my bill I realised they had charged me 391.21 pounds instead of 197.21. The young man who did the hand over did it all in the yard on his Ipad and the print was so small I did not realised what he had written and stupidlyassumed it was the quoted price. Despite 2 emails to the parent co customer service I have received no reply. Do not tust this company

Ryan and Garry were great to deal with. I was visiting from abroad and wanted to check out the Lake District. They informed me ahead of time that they couldn’t get the vehicle I had initially requested, but they ensured I got a very suitable replacement and communicated well with me throughout the process. Everything ran smoothly, they were professional to deal with and made my rental experience a very enjoyable one. Would definitely rent from them again on my next visit to the Lake District. Pictured is the Dacia Duster we took on our trip.

By far, the best rental agency/affiliate in UK. Had booked a pickup for mini-suv for 4 days, a month in advance.But, realised I had made a mistake on date, on the date of pickup! I just sent a mail and got a callback from Fitzgerald and she confirmed all details and assured to get me a car at 16:00hrs.We also got a complimentary pickup and unlimited mileage on tank to tank.Overall great experience!!!Would definitely recommend!!!

Rented a car through the AA. Jay and Edwards were very helpful and got us in a car quite quickly. He did warn us ahead of time to inspect the vehicle as other branches try find issues. So fingers cross. No issues on the other end

Dropped a car back here on the back end of an appalling service from Enterprise - a formal complaint had been lodged against them. The staff at this branch seemed friendly enough and helped me to understand the extra charges on my account but overall I can't score this business anything over a 1 star. They charged us over £250 to use a car for less than a day... mis-sold us insurance... forced us to pay for an upgrade as they had run out of the type of car we had booked and didn't tell us about an additional £200 deposit being taken from our account!
