Agincare (Home Care & Live-in Care) - Chippenham

Would have 0 but not an option. The worst care company ever ! Failed my mother in law massively as she was end of life the care she received was appalling. From people unable to complete her personal care on their own so family members had to step in or she would be in the same pad all night . To missed visits as they were under staffed. Promised double up care would begin as this lady was very poorly again told lack of staff . Massively failed on behalf of this company what an undignified end to life. She unfortunately passed away last night still no double up staff as promised. CQC are going to be informed about this absolutely disgusted and heart broken how my mother in law spent the last weeks of her life ! AVOID

Appalling service and very let down by this company

I have worked for Agincare for 2 years now, the manager is supportive and her door is always open.the office and care team are friendly. I like that there are social events and everyone tries to get involved.

I’m a Community Carer for the Chippenham branch. We have an amazing and supportive team we all work amazingly well together, providing positive, compassionate and rewarding care for so many vulnerable adults. I’ve worked for a few care providers in the past and have to say this branch is one of the best I’ve ever come across it’s like having an extended family! The office staff we have are very caring and nothing is too much for them. I can see myself here for quite a long time.

I've been working for Agincare now 1 year again. I came back as a carer and loved it. Team work is super. Now I'm in the office and love it too. The manager is quite understanding and has always a open door when needed. The career opportunities are good too.
