Om Funeral services helped me with my brothers funeral. They explained everything to us and helped us in anyway they could. They were very respectful and welcoming. They fulfilled all our wishes we had for our brothers funeral. Mona, Dipen, and Joy looked after us and were very comforting.

We used the services of Om Funerals, I am humbled by the level of care, attention to detail and compassion we received. Dipen uncle and Mona aunty took good care of the entire process with professionalism and provided us guidance through each step. I would like to sincerely thank Mr and Mrs Chauhan for their excellent service from start to finish. Mr Chauhan was extremely responsive and sympathetic in a very stressful week for our family. He was also very professional in handling all the administrative work and working very closely with Great Glen Crematorium to find a suitable slot for the funeral service. He spoke to me numerous times on the phone and answered many questions I had and walked me through the process very clearly. Nothing was difficult for him, he was always 2-3 steps ahead and helped put me at ease. I must also give a special thankyou to his wife Mrs Chauhan for dressing my mother. She went out her way to ensure my mother looked beautiful for the funeral service just per her final wishes. We used Om funeral services for a hybrid Hindu/ English ceremony. Om were able to arrange the funeral promptly (much quicker than some other well-known providers) and were able to accommodate our individual requests. The prices were reasonable and I would recommend them.

Mona and Dipen were fantastic in supporting me and my family during the hardest stage of my life. I had no clue what I needed to do when I lost my Dad and wasnt even in the right mindset. Yet they carefully explained everything in a very caring manner and made the entire journey as easy as possible on me and my family.
