Always excellent, every time. If I have a last minute event they have accommodated me, staying late. They do not rush the work like other places I have been to, have given recommendations on my skin care and are professional. Mutual courtesy goes a long way. Thanks guys!!

As a man a pedicure is still an uncommon experience, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. My feet have never been so smooth or well cared for. If only the staff spoke English solely in the work place this would have been a five star rating. I know it sounds bigoted in cosmopolitan London, but I still like to know what's being said around me, so that I know its not about me.

I have been going to this place for over 4 years and each time am always satisfied with my nails.The place is lovely, cool environment and friendly people. Good service. They take their time to care for your nails.When you come here, you just need to be patient and your nails will be done nicely.Best to come weekday, at the weekend is always busy, call to book your time slot and you will be guaranteed your nails will get done.No rude attitude, you won't gain anything.

THE WORST NAIL SHOP IVE EVER BEEN !!!!I started off with pedicure which was awful I wanted a square shape ended up getting round shape! I tried to tell the lady but she simply ignored it. She simply ignored me and talked her friends in her language . Rushed service! Not welcoming at all the stuff are so rude apart from the man who worked there. They LOOK at you and decide how they treat you right and then. I spent £70 for nothing honestly!!!I chose a nail design from their own work! She was removing and painting it more than 15 times. Hand on heart that’s what she was doing! Wasting all my time on top of that not even being nice. They made me feel like I don’t belong there . Honestly never again!!!!!!

I asked for basic French tips, it was very wonky and uneven, I told the person doing my nails that I dont like it and I was given attitude. Very poor service, just make that extra mile to Peckham for a cheaper and better service.
