I sustained a serious sport injury on Sunday evening, I visited the hospital A&E, I was advised that I had torn my calf muscle and a rehabilitation period of 4-6 weeks was normal.I found the pain excruciating and was unable to walk unaided, I was issued crutches by the hospital...On Monday morning I contacted the Felpham Health Clinic who had done some work on a different injury some two years ago. True to form Mrs Charles fitted me in Tuesday and carried out the necessary treatment for my injury. I attended the Bach flower level one course with Carol this weekend. If ever there is a course that ticks every box this is the one. Set in an idealic location and made to feel welcome and at home from the instant you step through the door. The wealth of wisdom that is shared and taught, with great attention to detail, ensuring everyone is understanding was faultless. The course is a deeply immersive exploration of the 38 remedies and you may start day one with no knowledge at all, but end day two with a fabulous insight raring to get going and working with the remedies yourself. Carol is an amazing teacher who portrays not only her passion for the Bach flowers but the sharing of that passion and enthusiasm. I can’t recommend training with Carol more highly, she is a rare jewel and incredible person.. I can’t wait for level two.
