I came here for a job interview and its a good company just they pay staff way too low so I couldn't accept the job. The office is nice and people are extremely friendly, good peoples.

If they don't like the way you look you won't even have an interview. They will sling you out the door before you can see anyone higher up than the 'receptionist'. Discrimination at its finest. Do not apply to work here. As other people said in previous reviews. They do not care about you as a person, only that you must look a certain way and work like a dog and never have a social life. There are plenty of other bus companies willing to actually interview candidates and not waste peoples time. The fact that they give the 'receptionist' the power to turn candidates away is a complete joke. Fix up.

Bad pay for what you have to do.Bus driving is only half of the job.Everyone moans at you from controllers to passengers. Avoid for the sake of your mental health.

I came here for the role of bus driver and on interview I was nervous but truly felt relaxed after when the gentleman who interviewed me said I sound like the right candidate he is looking for as a bus driver and I'm proud to say after 6 weeks training at West ham I am now a fully qualified pcv driver and felt welcomed by the whole team with open arms

1 starGet some bus trainers who want to teach not a group of prejudice old people stuck in their lazy way deciding who they like.I have trained with some of the best people in the bus industry unfortunetly none of them work here.
