I think Iceland has come up in the world since I last visited. The food is mainly frozen but a really good variety of food, including ready meals. Some fresh produce and cans of various foods. Reasonably priced with some good deals. It's worth a visit.

Really nice range and low prices. I even managed to find this pack of teabags with 440 in it. That'll last me a year! There was one lonely cup noodle by the original maker of cup noodles (Japanese nissin) so I got that too.

Serious lack of communication to the customer after not receiving an order to be delivered between 8am -10am. Phoned customer service at 10 , the lady went off to find out why our order hadn’t been delivered and we were then told the driver had a flat tyre and reassured us that our shopping would arrive by 12! Never do an online shop on a Sunday! Thankfully it did arrive by 12 and John, our delivery driver was very apologetic and asked if we got a text about the late delivery. We said yes but didn’t tell him we got the text after we rang customer service! He was going to get a lot of grief from other customers today!

Yes...a good supermarket. Basic products but if you enjoy cooking it's cheap and you're ready to cook your own delights from good frozen raw materials. Friendly staff.

Just come out of this branch and was spoken to disgustingly at till. Just because I handed my bonus card to her and for the first Time ever she shouted are you over 60 and I said yes..Well where's your proof!!! So I looked for my bus pass found it and she shouted..you obviously don't read the information do you. So be careful guys. There was no need for that outburst as I was very polite and greeted her with a smile. No excuse to be rude to a customer.

This shop has a complete disregard to their neighbour community. First they have installed an external freezer at the back of the shop that operates very loudly and should have been equipped with a noise reducing equipment and never has been. Then their delivery drivers started to use car horns at ridicules times of morning to pick up deliveries - this gets on and on during the day. I believe that using horns as such is in fact an actual offence! I understand living in a town centre near a shop depo comes with certain negatives but this is not acceptable! It creates a lot of nuisance to the people leaving in the flats next door.
