Transaction done smoothly and drove away within 2 hours with our new car.. cannot praise enough. If you are going to purchase a car Langley Motors should be your first choice.

I bought a blue X-Type Jag estate over 10 years ago from Langley Motors and it was one of the most reliable cars I have had - no stress motoring all that time. Now I finally need to buy a new car and will definitely be going back to buy the next one from Dave and Jamie too.

I brought a Kia Sportage from Langley Motors a month ago and it has been the best car I have owned so far.John and Jamie the owners were absolutely wonderful at helping me to pick my family car.Since buying the car I have recommended a few of my family members to buy cars from them aswell which they have been pleased with.Very honest and helpful people will definitely be coming back.

Purchased a car from this garage and after 4 months it completely stopped working. Due to not being local to the garage I took the car to my local garage; which was a huge mistake as Langley Motors then refused to have anything to do with me. I asked them for some support and the customer service I received was terrible, they provided no support whatsoever. This went on for 3 months going backwards and forwards, continually having the phone put down on me. I asked Langley for a quote for the car in its current state, they clearly had no intention of coming back with an offer and I kept being fobbed off. Do not use this garage if you cannot get the car back to them as they will not help you in doing so. I have ended up being around £4000 out of pocket!

My own car failed its MOT with substantial issues. I looked on Langley car sales website and although 3 of the cars I was interested in had been sold ( but not removed from website) I visited their showroom.I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of cars for sale at at my budget .I choose a 64 Ford Fiesta and both gentlemen I spoke to were honest about what they were going to do with the car . Steam clean ALL the interior.3 months warranty .On collection the car was immaculately presented with all documentation and they even taxed it for me whilst I was thereI would willing purchase another car from Langley Car Sales5☆Service

My car was delivered with a chip in the windscreen and an airbag light on. The garage communication has been extremely vague, and I in my opinion unprofessional. After two emails I am still waiting for a response for my car to be fixed. I would not recommend using this business.

Having had a major Mot failure I popped in to have a look. The attraction was 0% deposit. I did do some research first and saw a number of 1* reviews and very negative feedback, but equally knew this business had been running for years and years. They can't be as bad as those reviews if they are still in business! The reception from the owner was refreshing. No hard sales talk, no persuasion, just a casual have a look

This is my fourth vehicle from Langley Motors and once again (hence why I keep returning) has been brilliant. They took my old vehicle which I originally bought from them 4 years ago back in part exchange and the wife loves the new Mini Paceman Automatic. Highly recommended and see you in 3-4 years for the next one. Thanks Steve
