I bought a new Tudor watch (online) and was unable to resize the bracelet, even with a jewellers screwdriver set. Popped in, and asked if they would be able to resize it, and they did it there and then. The watch now wears perfectly. Excellent service.

I sent my watch to Ross after a bit of an accident. The case was heavily damaged and the movement had stopped. What Ross managed to do is absolutely outstanding! His case work is amazing and she is back to beating as perfect as before! Thank you for everything you have done. Highly recommended!

I had messaged the shop prior to seeing good reviews on there watch servicing and polishing services on Facebook.I was quickly responded too and took my partners Rolex into the shop the next day.It was a very quick and efficient turn around and we was always kept informed on the progress of the watch.My partner picked his watch up today and is over the moon with the results.The staff are very accommodating and happy to answer any queries.Highly recommend.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sent these guys my girlfriends Rolex for a bracelet repin after many recommendations on Rolex forums online. Amazing helpful service at at a fair price. The watch came back with a free polish included. Can’t fault this place will recommend to anyone wanting this particular job done on a Rolex and would defiantly use again

My bracelet catch broke came apart. When I took it in they repaired it there and then and refused any payment. They could not have been any more helpful. If I have any more jewellery issues they will be my first port of call and that is not because they raised no fee, it will be because of the goodwill they have generated and I will expect to be charged.
