This dealer is beyond awful. Our Audi A1 went on fire and the brakes failed whilst being driven as it was on fire, serious enough that the fire brigade had to put the fire out, under the Audi approved warranty it went to Audi Warrington who examined the car and mis-diagnosed the fault as a dpf filter fault (later verified as a wiring fault by another Audi dealer) and advised it was not covered under Audi warranty. To add, this car had only been to them for an over-heating issue weeks before the fire. Wanted more money to be sent so the car could be correctly diagnosed. This dealer has no empathy, and just wants to wriggle out of any liability and wash their hands of any situation. Unfortunately the after sales Manager Rob, exemplifies this attitude and everyone else follows. Even told me at one point they are not Audi, they are Jardine so they don’t have to run to Audi rules, even though they have the four rings above the door. Unbelievable, shocking service and attitude and never again would I deal with this site, or buy an Audi car again. Never.

We received an excellent service from Warrington Audi when purchasing our new car, from choosing the car to the test drive and all the way through to collecting our new car the service was spot on.Can't fault Darrell who kept us up to date weekly on the progress of the car from the build date, shipping and the delivery.We also traded in our old car which was hassle free and straight forward.The best customer service we have ever received while buying a new car.Many thanks to the team, especially Darrell who went the extra mile by unveiling the car on collection day.I would highly recommend Warrington Audi and we will be back in the future.

My car was recovered to Warrington Audi almost 2 weeks ago. The car broke down in the middle of the road causing a blockage for 2 hours until it was moved to the roadside and finally returned to the dealership the following day.Once it had been reviewed I was informed that the fault was not covered under warranty. The Gateway Control Unit had been compromised by water causing catastrophic failure.This unit is directly underneath the rear passenger seats (where children sit) and doesn’t have any plastic covering on at all, it’s completely exposed. Baring in mind also that there are 2 large areas where water can seep through here as this is where the seatbelts click in!! A small amount of research on the subject reveals that in the USA and Canada alone there are some 290,000 recalls for the same issue to fit a plastic covering to protect said unit.Naturally myself and my family have contested the fact that this is not covered under warranty. Additionally, whilst the car has been in their care, it has been subjected to damage caused by a recovery vehicle backing into it.The attitude towards my family member who is representing me over this has been disgusting. The “Front of house Service manager” is rude and totally useless. He has insinuated that my family member is a liar and displays a total lack of care about the issues that we are faced with.The fact that this car can just completely die in this way is beyond unbelievable, had I have been on the smart motorway that I use for work, I doubt that I would be writing this review.I am now in the position whereby the courtesy car is about to be removed from me leaving my family without transport, considering that the issue is not my fault, they have damaged my car and I pay £400 per month for it Id say my 1 star review is more than appropriate

We have been clients of Warrington Audi for many years now and found them to be courteous, helpful and very nice people to deals with , its the reason we go back. In particular, this time when we were looked after by with Darrel.When everything goes by the book good service should be the norm and expected, but when something goes a miss - that's when really good service and consideration really counts. Its been particularly difficult with the effect of COVID in the last two years and the extra care has been appreciated.Thank you - Pat and Max

I’ve always had a no hassle, easy experience when using Warrington Audi for my servicing. Only issue has been the wait over a courtesy car. With my last visit to Warrington Audi, I had a major issue with my car. Ellie from the service department and Brad, the service team manager could not of been anymore helpful. Everything seemed to go against me and they kept me well informed and went over and above to help me out. I know Audi prices are higher than a garage closer to home. But the service and help I received, makes me have no hesitation to use them again if I have an issue with me car. Thank you.
