Sam is very professional in his work taking on board what I had in mind in planning a new build and developed viable options and alternatives to consider. This helped us to refine the design incorporating his inputs as well as my own. He also introduced a planning consultant for further advice and support and together we then submitted the ideas for pre-app. This project is ongoing and I am more than happy to have Sam on hand to assist in the process as we progress. Highly recommended.

Aquila Architecture were instructed to undertake the planning and building control element of a single storey extension, all planning, drawings ,communication advice given was undertaken with consummate professionalism, we would not hesitate to engage with Sam again on future projects.
