Shopped here for the first time last week. Was told I had 7 days for a possible price match either online or in another store. Found the jacket today £25 cheaper and they honoured the price match. Very happy with the all round excellent customer service I have received. Would highly recommend!!

Absolutely fantastic store. This store has a great location, just off the busy Boucher Road. I was seeking some hiking boots, socks and trousers for a hike in the Mournes next month. I don't know the first thing about hiking gear, but the staff in this store couldn't have been more helpful. Absolutely fantastic. I had my feet measured and a good solid boot picked out for me, along with socks and trousers all for a reasonable price. Lots of really good gear for fairly reasonable prices. Great selection, great staff and pretty good prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else for hiking gear in Belfast! Fantastic. Highly recommended!

Only been in shop a few times and the staff each time have been real friendly and helpful. Prices a bit high ( but price match) which is good. Overall a good shopping experience

Staff were just brilliant. Rather than sell you what you like, even if it doesn't suit your needs (unlike some stores I won't mention) the lady asked what I was going to be using the shoes for. She steered me away from the stunning hill running shoes (they were stunning) as the tread would wear out too quickly if used as I intended. She pointed me in the direction of the walking shoes that suited my need. Gave advice on my foot position etc. Really impressed. And delighted with my purchase.

Love this shop. The selection of walking/hiking footwear is excellent. Very knowledgeable staff with lots of information re sizes, styles and 'best for purpose' stuff. Enthusiastic but not overpowering.

Amazed by the welcome and knowledge of staff. I met Phil today and he taught me in 5 minutes what I couldn't learn after hours researching Google. Huge help and helped me find the right hiking boots for my oddly shaped feet. I honestly can't remember the last time I was in a shop and the staff actually knew their products. Well done. A shining example of how a store should be run.
