Very good session where everything was explained very clearly. I really feel that I have the confidence to start using my camera more and with greater understanding. I can definitely recommend Daves’ courses to anyone who wants to get more out of their camera.

I found this course to be really helpful as a total beginner to the art of photography. I now have a far better understanding of how to use the various icons on my camera, which will help to progress my newly found hobby.

I completed a photography workshop with Dave last month on a misty day at The Roaches. The voucher was originally bought as a Christmas gift in 2020.I found the course extremely interesting and useful as a complete beginer whose only prior photography knowledge was with a point and shoot camera.Dave was also able to lend me a camera for me to use during the workshop.The day started in a misty forest practicing verious techniques Dave had explained and demonstated. As the mist lifted we progressed to taking more landscape pictures.By the end of the day i was able to compose a wonderful image from The Roaches as the sunset over Staffordshire and Cheshire, using all the techniques i had used and knowledge i had gained, during the day.I would definatly recommend a workshop with Dave, in fact i have passed his details on to a friend of mine.

Dave's introduction to photography and getting your camera off auto was excellent. He was very patient and his explanations were easy to understand and with his guidance to put into practice. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who wants to discover how to better understand their camera.

absolutely loved this class, it gave me a better understanding of my camera and now I will hopefully using it in the correct way! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get into photography!

At first everything seemed to go over my head but in trying it out I started to get it.It has massively helped me in understanding how to use my camera and not to rely on auto settings.
