We had borehole drilled in 2018.Two stars is for the drilling only. The site was left a mess.The office is impossible to deal with, and the company fail to provide the relevant documentation which the Well Drillers Association says they should provide leaving you at risk with an unregistered borehole and no documentary evidence of the water tests nor equipment guarantees.More importantly they do not follow there legal obligations and inform the environment agency of the borehole.Nobody in office talks to each other. Invoice was adjusted for materials and equipment they did not supply and yet they still chase up monies for this equipment that we did not have and that they agreed will not be charged for. Overall not a nice experience with this company.

We phoned JP Whitter on the recommendation of a neighbour. They came out quickly and gave honest, informative advice. There was no request for money before the job was finished. All the staff we spoke to were hard working, honest and skilled. We now have a high quality water supply which wasnt cheap but is better than mains water. Thanks for your ongoing commitment to us.

The engineers that came out to my site were very professional. Nothing was a problem or too much work. Offered good advice to help maintain the borehole.
