Excellent dentist but not happy with charges. Confusing and not explained. Beware.

I attended here as a privateemergency patient. Having had several teeth out and a temp denture that was rubbing I wanted this adjusting and to check everything was healing as it should be. The denture was barely touched and a quick glance and I mean quick said everything was fine. Next day I saw an NHS dentist and had a bad infection and dry socket which didn't happen overnight. Charged an arm and leg for a very poor service.

I needed an emergency dentistMy visit today can only be described as excellent.All the team were extremely professional and friendly.I have signed up to a £99.00 per annum check up scheme.

The staff are very professional and friendly. Great dentist very clean with all mod cons. Would recommend availability of appointments before and after work plus Saturday is a great plus.

All was good until the pricing came up they told how much ,and I told them I probably couldn't afford it so i would have to seek an nhs dentist .They looked at me like I had two heads, but the treatment would be the same they said, I told them yes it would but it would be signicantly cheaper then it just got very awkward and they were just trying to keep me there like some sort of sales person upselling who wouldn't take no for an answer slating nhs dentists. I found the whole thing terribly unprofessional and uncomfortable.Everyone seemed so fake and insincere they were just looking for money. I will never go again just because of the weird awkwardness.

Honestly couldn't fault them, was seen as an emergency, Dr Clifford and the nurse (sorry forgot your name) where both so lovely and made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend.

Just back from first dental work by Lucas -2 small visible front fillings. Very impressed. First class meticulous work. Hard to distinguish from the teeth!Also a thank you to the rest of the team...friendly, helpful and informative. Glad I chose this practice.

The staff are very professional and friendly but I don’t see why you don’t accept cash ,there is NO sign on the reception desk stating this. That’s no good if all you have is cash .What a shame!Me, my partner and my brother won’t come back .

Clifford and karen are amazing. I'm probably the worst patient in the world and they put me at ease. 100% recommended , cannot thank Karen enough for how she looked after me.
