Max Spielmann

Must admit to actually having not used Max Spielmann before, although have seen them around for years, and have been quite pleasantly surprised.I believe they're part of the Timpsons group, so should be quite ethical and treat their staff decently if that's true and it's the type of consideration that you make.

Very good customer service Alan was so happy to help and price for the photos were very reasonable indeed.

Alan was so helpful took the time to advise me on what photo was best to get put onto a canvas price was good so been back a few times now and had a few more canvas done evey time it's been a good experience

I had my pet photos printed off by Alan of the Inverness Tesco branch. But first he helped me retrieve every picture I needed from a USB key and my phone! He also cut off each defunct white space creating the 4 X 4 size I required for my pet casket photo insert section. His professional & courteous demeanour is a huge asset to your company. Believe me when I say do all you can to keep him he is pure gold!!!"

Travelled 60 miles to use your service at the Inverness branch, only to get to the store and be greeted by a young lady on her phone. she was not interested in lifting her head to serve us,she continued her chat on social media.(you could see what she was doing!) so after getting her attention I asked if she was able to help us, we were looking at getting a video on to a DVD. She said yes they would be able to help and it would take 7-10 days MAX! After many trips back to Inverness after the 7 and then the 10 working days we were told it still was not in store. So at this point I ask for her managers telephone number. I call her boss only to be told that it takes 4 weeks for this service,fine, but we were not told this at the start. (IF WE HAD WE WOULD HAVE WENT ONLINE!)The manager went on to track our DVD and came back telling us that it would be in-store to collect after 4 weeks. After the 4 weeks we phone the manager again only to be told by her that they do not know where it is and could be lost.... but not to worry, just fob your dad off and she would look into where it was. (Appalling attitude to have!) so we then get told yes your order is still in the making and would be up in Inverness in the next two weeks, she would go to the store and come out and deliver it to us in person. The deadline is now here and we get told... yes the DVD is now in-store and we will need to collect it our selves. Terrible service, we will NOT be using you again. Training is very much needed, ON EVERY LEVEL!

The guy at eastfield way tesco Inverness was amazing on the 14th of November he helped us with detailing a photo frame with pictures. We were lost without his patience and help . I hope you pay staff like this accordingly. Great guy.

Went into for some printing and the young gentleman was brilliant, he was professional, polite and knowledgeable with me while serving two other customers.10/10

10/10, amazing quality photos for a decent price. Ladies within store are so helpful and lovely every step of the way, even with such a busy store they kept their cool and handled every customer including myself in such a professional manner. Good job!

Would give less. Online order came to store wrong only 2 of the 5 keyrings ordered. The receipt on the packet stated I'd only Ordered 4 which was incorrect as my email shows 5 and I'd paid for 5. So it was re-ordered. When I picked up second order I found the photos were in the wrong keyrings and 2 of the photos fell out as the keyrings were already broken. Never ordering from here again.
