Laura was always polite and professional with extensive knowledge with the property market.She always responded promptly to all communication and nothing was ever too much trouble.Her bubbly personality made vendors and sellers very comfortable and at ease when dealing with her.Any issues which arose she resolved in no time and as I say she was a brilliant communicator. She liaised with solicitors and made the whole process of purchasing a property a lot less stressful.I can’t thank her enough for her input and strongly believe she warrants an award. She is a lovely, competent and knowledgable lady

Fast and easy booking of the house viewing, fast picking up their phones in the office - all good stuff. Unfortunately, we got no reply about our offer for the property being accepted or rejected even after writing a follow up email. This was weeks ago. Due to this I can't rate them higher than 3 stars.

They're nice and that's about it. 2+ months to organise a repair of a door lock, a radiator and a door (which they've technically still not fixed but we've given up on having a private bathroom and just p*** in front of each other now, that's what relationships are for really).Took them a month to figure out it's in the system. And three visits to their office. Apparently their contractors are incapable of using the glorified system. In the last 4 weeks we've been begging for a door lock and TRV, and just bounce between the lovely lady in the office who keeps reminding the contractors we exist and then they don't give us a call and then everyone is surprised.They've breached SLAs and I've been in touch with Citizen Advice and Shelter. I'll be starting a 5 letter/email procedure which concludes in reporting to Local MP and housing ombudsman body.I was warned about the complete lack of accountability and organisation my two separate friends who rented through them but idk why I hoped it would be different. It took them a month to repair" a door the previous time (same door they're re-repairing now)If you can stay away

Excellent experience dealing with Abbey throughout the entire process, who went out of her way on numerous occasions to help me when finalising the rental property. Constant contact and communication ensured we felt we were in good hands.

Completely unaccommodating to your needs! Told me the property won't go before I view it even though waited days and got a call last nin to say it had gone and boyfriend started driving to pick me up from Oldham to view the property. Says there's people living in the property yet all the pictures showed an empty flat so clearly Jess was lying. Thanks for nothing and for not being transparent !!!!!!

Hi, just a quick note to say how impressed we were with your viewing agent Laura Reid yesterday. She showed us a number of apartments at the Titanic development. She was terrific, her manner was extremely engaging and she was evidently well informed.We enjoyed our visit, which has confirmed our interest in a possible future purchase. We currently own (without mortgage) a 6 bed property in Grassendale and are just beginning to get our heads around the inevitable down-size option. I have used Logic on two occasions to sell my home. Both times I have been really happy with the professional service they have provided. They have set the price at the right level and achieved full asking on both occasions. They have marketed the properties well and generated a lot of interest. Communication has been excellent and their no sell, no fee policy means that they work hard on your behalf to achieve a sale.
