In simple words this company is a modern days slavery! Avoid avoid and avoid. As a cleaner does the hardest job in a hotel you get the worst treatment. I used to work in Holiday Inn Wigston. Head housekeeper awful awful woman. She misstreat staff especially when you are polish like herself. Horrible and rude never helping and expecting you to work like a bloody robot without brakes and taking your time. No linen porters so you have to take dirty linen and bring fresh one by yourself and she is not including this in your time for room cleaning. Giving job of the day and again not incluglding this in time. Ridiculous. Talking smack behind certain staff back disgusting!!!!

The representative of the company was 30 minutes late for the interview. Without warning, without apology. When I drew attention to this, in response I heard How long did you wait there?" This shows the attitude towards employees. Culture -0"

On 2nd April, I applied for a room attendant role and got an interview after. During the interview, I was given the application form to fill out which I needed to hand in two days, when I was doing my application there was a bit where I had to send a birth document and write down my bank details as I did. After, finishing the application, I handed it in and I was waiting for a callback for nearly two months. I called the company back to ask them about the status of my application and they said I will be given a shift by an employee called evelyn but for some on the next day, they said I didnt get the job meaning that they ran off with my bank details and birth document for no reason. I am so disappointed with this company as all they like to do is scam people!!!!!

I have worked here for 2 years and I really enjoy working for the company. There are plenty of opportunities to progress within the company if you want. The support and training i have received is excellent and the staff at head office are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for full time work but they also offer flexible hours that would suit parents or students as well.

Honestly appalled with this company. Pay is done biweekly and haven’t been payed after 6 weeks ? I’ve then been accused of not turning up for work and then dismissed. I’ve been commuting long distances in good faith, before the date I originally planned to start.

I joined the business early last year, a few weeks before Covid really hit, and the feeling of all working together as a team throughout the pandemic has been quite something. It's a great group of people who really care about supporting our staff and providing excellent service to our customers.

Company have no respect or care for their employees. HR are useless and allowed bullying and physical violence to play out in the work place. I was physically assaulted by another member of staff which was investigated finally after being ignored by countless members of ‘HR’, and the company still came to the conclusion that they can still trust this employee and kept them working in the hotel, despite this being more than enough reason for dismissal. Disgusting

Dont bother applying for any sort possible position they time wasters and womt give you any reasone apsolute discimanation once they found out i am gipsy they failed my probation one week of work no training nothing at all no induction no expectations aposlutly horible company

Company is giving you opportunity to progress, motivating and pushing to the limits.Professional and helpful management.fair but friendly.I have worked for the company fir 5 years now, we all can make simple mistakes but we have HR to resolve any issues.You can call one of us any time there will be always someone to speak with.Don't believe me come and work with me ;)

Took over from another outsource company while on my six months probation, sacked me to make way for another of there manager, don’t trust this company, they want the earth and treat you like a child, area manager very intimidating, bully tactics and speaks down to you, I wouldn’t recommend working for them, complaint made to HR with a promise of an investigation and a reply, they don’t even bother replying. Like I’ve said don’t trust them
