Iriston House Dental Practice

Really unhappy with this practice. I joined them early 2023 and went in for a routine checkup. Whilst in the chair I was force fed information about signing up for a treatment plan. As this seemed an expensive option I decided to continue with paying as and when treatment is required.Today I called for a emergency appointment. I was told that there was an appointment at 1045 the next day which I took, only to be told that I am not registered as I didn’t submit direct debit details for the plan.I have previously received and paid for treatment at this practice but now I am not registered. This is a highwayman attitude and I am now left in limbo.

Professional, friendly and detailed information and advice on my oral health. I have been attending the practice for many years. Great with my family too and those who might be a little bit nervous of dentists. Reception staff are friendly and accommodating. They'll try their best to find appointments that suit you and if you need one urgently. Highly recommended and well worth trying.

After a spring clean of my mouth I came away feeling great. I have been coming here for over 25 years and my new dentist Mr Geoffrey Stone was an excellent gentleman - courteous, gentle and chatty - loved the whole experience and would fully recommend this practice to everyone. Margaret

At 72 years old this was my first ever extraction. I was nervous, in fact terrified! Colette made the whole process easy and painless. 10/10 would recommend Iriston Dental without hesitation.

I’ve been a patient here for a long time and always had good service from the friendly and professional staff. I was back yesterday for the first time after they put a number of changes in place. I was very apprehensive but I needn’t have worried. The process was smoother than ever, the team were helpful and efficient and the new dentist was very friendly and thorough. I don’t think anyone is thrilled about visiting the dentist but Iriston House make the experience as stress free as possible.

Only good experiences at Iriston dental practice for myself and my 9 year old son.Would have recommend anyone to have this as their own place to go for dental work, especially with Lori who takes care of both mine and my sons teeth.
