This is a fantastic dealership. Friendly, helpful, didn’t hassle or pressure me. Offered a really good service and checked the car they were selling thoroughly including an independent MOT and even changing the cambelt and servicing the car first. I wouldn’t say it about many dealerships but Radford’s are very trustworthy.

A pleasure to do business with from start to finish, All members of staff that I dealt with where polite, friendly and helpful, I did not feel any pressure or get the hard sell to buy the car. The car was delivered to my address quickly and when it arrived the delivery driver was was very polite and helpful explaining all paperwork and answered any queries I had. Excellent service, overall, especially considering the price of the car.It's not often you get such polite and decent service when buying a car for less than £500, but Richard and his team have been nothing but helpful.Reserved the car online, received a callback as requested and I paid the rest of the balance next day including the delivery charge (£1/mile perfectly reasonable).Richard gave me a call before his driver left to ensure I would be home, and Chris was also very friendly and was kind enough to deliver the car to a convenient location near my house.If the service at the scrap" end of the market is this level

I spotted a competitively priced car for sale at Radfords on Autotrader and didn't hesitate to drive 140 miles to view it. I was met with a friendly family run business and a very non pushy sales technique. They offered me a good part exchange on my car and even sorted out the log book, road tax and road tax refund on my old vehicle. It was very refreshing to purchase from a dealer with such old school customer service values. I would highly recommend them and would gladly go out of my way to buy from them again. The most genuine and honest garage I’ve ever bought off! A few issues with the car I’d bought what someone had part exchanged. They’ve done loads to the car before they’d let me have it. Another garage would have just gave it me. Customer service is the best I’ve ever come across!! Honest genuine people! Will buy my next from here.

Traveled over 100 miles to come and see a Vauxhall Insignia. Turned out to be the perfect car for me and my family. There were some issues with it,all minor,and I was assured these faults would be rectified before delivery.The car arrived,with free delivery, on the back of their transporter on time,with all faults sorted.The car had a fresh MOT,a full service,and a new pair of rear tyres that had only had an advisory on the test.Delivery driver was very polite and helpful.I had heard how good these guys were through reviews,and I am very pleased to say the reviews are accurate. No hard sell,happy for you to take an extended test drive (on your own) and good honest vehicles.I can definitely recommend looking for a car with these guys,even if it means travelling some distance.

Brought a car over 5k . Within a month gear box gone ...ok they fixed it .Come 12mths later did MOT failed cost me over £600 that's with out the minors that need doing I'm looking at a further £400 to £500.My garage said the faults would of been well over 18ths old .Radfords did the last mot themselves passed it and sold me a death trap ....it could of been worse I guess a accident could of happened.If the review helps anyone then I have done my bit ....Please avoid at all costs .

We've bought several cars from Radfords garage and I can honestly say if you want good customer service then don't go anywhere else. From start to finish they look after you. I bought my very first car from Bryan over 30 years ago, my dad bought his cars from there & now my daughter has has started her buying journey at Radfords. Lovely friendly family business
