It is obvious that The ShutterShack is a very professional company. Charles did the survey and came up with a most pleasing arrangement of six shutters, in pairs of two, covering a moving patio window. His approach gave me great confidence in the ability of the company to do the job. Ailsa, in office admin. provided a very comprehensive quotation and efficient order processing/settlement communication.I found the price to be mid-range but my confidence in them, meant I didn’t seek the cheapest offer. Delivery was virtually spot-on to the quotation, despite the national/global problems everybody is facing at the moment.Charles and Kelvin did an excellent job of installation. They seemed to be very efficient and left my place very clean. I was impressed by how Charles spent time with me after finishing the work to show me how the shutters should be operated correctly and maintained properly.It was a pleasure doing business with The ShutterShack and I am happy to recommend them to anyone wanting quality plantation shutters professionally installed.

Charles is easy to talk to and very hard working just cracked on with the job and we are very happy with the finish and how neat and tidy everything was left. The Shuttershack fitted shutters with integrated blackout blinds. Charles was very professional and helpful from start to finish and gave advice on the types of shutter and various styles and sizes, so I was able to make a choice that I was happy with. The fitting was excellent and Charles and his colleague did a really good job and left all the areas clean and tidy. I had the shutters fitted about 11 months ago and they made a big difference in the winter especially during the really cold spell. In the summer, they helped to keep the house cool, especially the south facing rooms. The price was very competitive and the quality of product and service made me very happy. I would definitely recommend this company.

Absolutley outstandiing from start to finish. The level of craftmanship and overall service has been fantastic. I had previously obtained a quote from another well know shutter company and the price was almost double for MDF not hardwood which is what we had fitted. We were hounded by their salespeople on a regular basis which I felt was over powering and pushy. Shuttershack however have a very customer focussed approach, their proces are hudely competitive. I have been recommending them everyone ever since.
