Brilliant location for families very kind staff I had support from Sam whos lovley to speak to Sam thoughfull and very supportive food is provided morning and night rooms aren't the best but very clean it is family orientated all in all a 9 out of 10

Very nice service and atmosphere. The room was clean, warm with a TV and free wifi. Staff polite and willing to help. There is a bus stop just a few minutes away, which takes you to Manchester city centre. I recommend.

like to leave a nice review for sam, went out her way to help me, was on top floor struggling everyday with my knee never complained just got on with it when I come to the guest house to Nice people there always help me with my bags. Think there name is called Laura and a young tall gentleman with glasses always happy to help and even though I say, I’m okay, there always say let me help you I think that’s very nice and I’m very grateful for Sam going out her way ground floor room free making it free for me and mine kids ,thank you Sam much appreciate nice lady and thought full of other people needs

We stayed here for one night for a night out. They were really lovely, the room was a big, clean and the beds were comfy! The bathroom was spotless and the shower worked brilliantly.Great value for money, will definitely be staying there again!!

Me and my partner and 2 kids arrived here and was made to feel extremely welcome by all staff members , they have so much respect and are so polite. Rooms are clean and you feel safe here. One member of staff is my favourite and that is Samira she has helped me and my family a lot when I've been feeling down and she is there to listen if ever need to talk. She is a credit to the Hala hotel and is extremely good at her job for caring for everybody.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble and if you need anything you just need to ask. Rooms are basic but are clean and have tv, wifi. Thanks to Samira, Zara, Mo and all the other staff who have made my stay comfortable.

The facilities where always clean and the staff very prompt in their dealings, especially the likes of one called Sam whom in my opinion and that of others is by far the best member of staff throughout the entire fleet of staff who in combination build the work force of the business entity and all of its counter-parts. I expand to say that Sam has most definitely displayed at all times (emphasises the need for accuracy, limits all evaluation carefully to on-the-job performance and formulates realistic objectives). Further I would like to say thank you to all members of staff including but not limited to managers such as Bushra and Tye for all the help they gave me while a resident I was at this establishment.

Couldn’t of got better staff. Samir & the owner was brilliant. Looked after me and my family. Made us feel very comfortable and safe. Would recommend to everyone. Very clean too.

9 months I stayed at the Hala guest how’s and I felt very very safe here and everyone did their best to make me feel always welcome here too. The staff are very nice there especially one called Samira she did the world to help me and my 2 children through the time we spent there which was very difficult for us she gave us so much time and support the entire time we were there that kept my children happy she alway greeted us with big smiles and loving eyes thank you guys for everything she is an asset to this place. the place was also very clean very good cleaners are there and they do a good job.
