Richard has been great throughout the whole process - which has not at all been an easy/quick process. He has remained professional and friendly, and has gone through each step with me and my partner, which meant a lot to us, both being first time buyers. I used Richard at PR Mortgages for my recent house purchase after he was recommended by my girlfriend. Richard was excellent, clearly very knowledgeable about all the different products from all lenders and guided me to the ideal mortgage product for me. Richard also noticed a slip up by my solicitor as he was tracking the progress of the purchase/mortage that could have been costly if not sorted out.I would thoroughly recommend.
