Brilliant baked goods, I've been a fan since their very early days. Pop along to get bread that tastes wonderful and stay for a pastry. They have lovely coffee from Moon Roast Coffee and excellent sandwiches as well. The perfect place!

Really great coffee. A very artisanal bakery, loved the focaccia. The pastries were unique, interesting and excellently crafted. We only had takeaway as we arrived just as they were closing. I want to go back as soon as.The staff took the time to describe each of the pastry options, obviously, and rightly, proud of their creations.

Lovely local bakery and cafe. Friendly welcome and exceptional quality bread and cakes. Deserves to become a local institution.

I've visited three times and had a mixed bag - incredible doughnuts and decent croissants but stale pain au chocolat, stale pain suisse - clearly yesterday's unsold products.I bought the pain au chocolat at the same time as the croissant so the difference was clear. It's inexcusable really and a shame as when fresh, their stuff is great.I tried reaching out directly to see if it was an oversight but didn't hear back.

After being invited here for a post wedding gathering for brunch, I was so looking forward to great food after seeing all the yumminess on the website!Sadly the locally sourced bacon in my friend’s bacon butty was so local that it came in plastic packs from Tesco (observed being brought in whilst queuing for food) and took over half an hour to arrive. I opted for the Tesco sausage sandwich as these were being served quicker - but both were in bulk buy, Tesco, pappy white rolls! In an artisan bakery! If you run out of food just say you’ve run out rather than giving people poor quality and cheap alternatives and charging the same price as the advertised product! Shocking!

Absolutely wonderful bakes. Friendly team, amazing coffee and some of the best croissant (and other bakes) you will ever taste! Don't miss out!!!!

Popped in recently with a friend, nice outdoor seating space in the courtyard and inside looked very inviting. Lovely, friendly staff and a delicious range of baked goods - pastries, cakes, tarts and so many more! Not a local otherwise we'd be here regularly. My friend's iced tea was a bit weak, otherwise a perfect visit, thanks so much indigo bakery

We love this new bakery so much! Amazing fresh pastries, bread, baguettes and doughnuts. It's a family friendly place with great service, fantastic coffee and a nice spot to sit in the sun. Thanks too for the pizza evening, we really enjoyed it. A great addition to Basingstoke!!

Had a delicious cruffin (croissant muffin) and iced spiced chai, it’s abundantly clear that they know how to make sweet treats! Worth every penny, portions are good value and taste is unbeatable! However Apple Maps really struggles to navigate here, my advice is just aim for the Tescos Express next door, park there and round the back of the parking lot around the corner you’ll find them! Highly recommend, will visit again soon.

We were so excited to see this bakery having a permanent location as we loved their bread and pastries from The Portsmouth Arms market. It is out of the way for us now, but would be worth the trip if... The last 5 times we came here they- on 3 occasions haven't received the delivery yet (20-30 minutes after opening on a workday)- they didn't make any vegan pastries - was told they don't make them during the week and then we came on a weekend and they said they didn't make any that day- finally, we came in today (Sunday) to an empty bakery (yet again) and were told they don't bake on SundaysThis was the last time we'll attempt to get the bread/pastries from here as we've had enough of showing up to empty shelves. It's a shame because we really like their products but it's just not worth the trip anymore.
