Thank you so so so much to John, Shane and the rest of the team for making our wedding so special. Rooms were lovely, very comfortable bed and beautiful food. The staff are absolutely amazing, nothing is too much trouble and I really felt they went out of their way to make everything perfect for us! Thank you so much.

Stayed here with my partner, view is beautiful, team are amazing more than happy to help with anything and everything we needed. Our room was lovely nice and clean with plenty of tea and coffee. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was gorgeous. We will definitely be back soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay this weekend. All the staff we encountered were so lovely and professional. (Viktor rang us the day before and sorted some goodies in our room as it was my partners birthday)The key card machine wasn't working so the staff had to let us into our room each time. Despite this all the staff were positive and chatty. (Even with the heat and being fully booked!)The food was delicious and the lady who served us in the evening was brilliant (I didn't catch her name!)It was so lovely to sit outside in the evening in the cuddle pods.Breakfast was lovely and again the breakfast team were chatty and lovely.We had a wonderful stay and each member of your team is an asset to the hotel.

I stayed 3 nights (2-5 Aug).- Staff: Part of the staff is not only kind but also professional and eager to help. Others, however, don’t seem to care much nor are they efficient. Specially the night staff at the restaurant. If the restaurant is slightly busy the waiters get anxious and forget/confuse orders.- Room: cozy and well ventilated. But is not cleaned daily. At least mine wasn’t.- Restaurant: 3 nights I asked for the salmon showed from the menu at dinner, the 3 consecutive nights they had none. Same with the lamb shank. Pizza base is frozen. The garlic mushrooms are especially good. Dont miss them!- Lovely views of the Humber and garden (I saw a roe deer one morning!)- Nice stay overall but some things can improve.Ps. Good thinking protecting for the guests’ cars in the parking lot!

What an absolute joy to stay here.we have been treated with the utmost courtesy. A few problems developed while we've been here but each one has been sorted promptly and efficiently. The staff have all been very kind, professional and approachable.The bed is so comfortable.And don't get me going on the breakfast. It is excellent value for money, the poached eggs are wonderful .

This was a very impressive location for a hotel, massive grounds and some fancy huge sun loungers outside but I think they were not to be used. All the staff that I encountered were all nice and happy so they must be looked after by management.The only issue I had was with my window not being able to close. Which was alerted to the staff at reception but no one unfortunately came the next day to sorry the issue. I was given another room but since all my gear was in my current room I genuinely couldn't be bothered to move everything. The following day I left the hotel anyway so just stuck with it for a night and went back home.The food is also tragically expensive so much so if there was an adequate amount of choice from Uber I would spend £20 and order off there. Have to say the chicken wing starter is nice but was lied to about the quantity. The cidre is that expensive better you go to a supermarket and buy a pack of 8 for the same price.

Comfortable hotel with very nice food. The only issue is that the hotel room had a hot water pipe running along it... during a heatwave. A fan was put in the room, but it just didn't help. Seems like a popular hotel, with two weddings taking place during my stay. Recommended, but not in the middle of summer.

Room was a good size. Bath a little too small, we are very tall. Heard everyone coming back to their rooms, a little more sound proofing needed. Restaurant is very small for a hotel, had to book a table for breakfast. Would have been nice to go for breakfast at our own leisure. Staff friendly and helpful

Went last week for the first time since the new ownership came in. Only went for a lunch time drink but was so impressed we went back for an evening meal 3 days later. Always been a fantastic location but often had something missing. New patio furniture, a refurbished lounge area and a new menu. Along with v helpful staff, not always the case in the past, and hey presto. Worth a visit.
