They make appointments without telling you and then strike you off for not attending them, the staff are confrontational and very unhelpful, it's almost like they don't want any patients on their books

Booked before Christmas for appointment mid January. Got a cancellation text week before appointment rang to rebook and got told they don't want new customers till mid march. Discusting beviour. This is a vital service you are providing. You should not be booking appointments if you have no intention of sticking to them. I could have been booked in else where.

Very horrible place. No patience at all. Not friendly, not nice. Too quick.

I went to the dentist with toothache and wash told it was just my wisdom tooth pushing through my gum. My gum was completely swollen and painful and all she did was tell me it's not server and use an anti bacterial mouthwash, I did this expecting everything to be okay. The pain was so horrible I couldn't sleep or eat and the mouthwash just agrivated my gum. I went to the doctors the next day and was told it was clear I had an infection and put me on antibiotics. I think it's ridiculous that I had to pay for my dentist appointment to be told I was fine and the next day be told differently, I don't think I was taken seriously at all about the amount of pain I was in.

Really warm friendly surgery, was little uneasy but they made me feel really comfortable and welcome. much relieved the whole experience was so easy and have registered my family here as well
