Chips wouldn't work, no customer service blames issue on the printer wouldn't replace - AVOID. Straight out the bag into the printer. Paul at toner Top Up could of sent out a replacement and kept our custom. Smart move. not only paid for toner and chip it was costly. Despite his reply below. We have spent alot of money on his defective chips not the first time it happened, we have had 4 times at £20.00 per chip

Repeat order. Very happy with quality of toners and this cost efficient way to top up toner cartridges

Good service, the chips have worked in my printer and they have good customer support. However the chips are way too expensive and I was able to buy extra high yield (6k) compatible cartridges cheaper (£60) than the combination of chip and toner from tonertopup (£48 for 3k yield). Forking out £38 for the black chip alone with only 3k yield was ridiculously expensive. Lesson learned so I probably won't use them again unless they drop their prices but I can't see that happening. Do check if your combination of chip and toner is good value from tonertopup compared to other suppliers.
