I got a subframe and seat kit for my bmw from Vonzeti and Initially the quality looked decent.I tried to fit the subframe and it did fit to my main subframe without any issues. BUT there was no way the seat would fit behind the gas tank and fit on the vonzeti Subframe mounting holes at the same time. I moved the mounting holes in the subframe about 15mm further back just so the seat fit behind the gas tank. Still the position/fit of the seat isn’t very good. I have about a 10mm gap where the top of the seat meets the gas tank and the seat is too narrow to fit over the subframe. This means that when the seat is tightened down to the frame there is a lot of tension/stress in the seat which makes it very squeaky.I of course contacted Vonzeti and had a mail correspondence with Riekus where I showed pictures and videos of my issues. They saw the pictures and acknowledged that I have an issue that I'm not supposed to and told me not to worry and we will solve it.We had mails back and forth with me checking my gas tank and main frame is stock and not modified. And I’m pretty sure it’s not, and think we did agree on that.And after that Vonzeti hasn’t replied or responded to me in any way even though I tried to contact them on different platforms. So I can only assume that we isolated the issue to be with the seat or subframe and they didn’t want to do anything to help.Therefore I cannot recommend their product in any way, especially if you aren’t a professional bike builder because it’s not close to being a bolt on kit.

J’ai fait une demande à VonZeti avant de passer ma commande concernant les délais de livraison. Ils m’ont confirmé que ça prendrait de deux à trois semaines. J’ai donc passé ma commande le 16 mai. Cinq semaines plus tard je n’ai pas de nouvelles et la seule réponse que j’ai obtenue c’est qu’ils ont du retard car c’est un business familial, mais que le produit est en phase de finition. Sept semaines plus tard, toujours sans nouvelle, je leur renvoie un message en leur mentionnant que je n’étais pas satisfait. Ils ne donnent plus aucune réponse. C’est seulement quand j’ai posté ma question sur Instagram qu’ils ont bien voulu me répondre en prétendant avoir envoyé le produit, ce qui est faux puisque je n’ai toujours rien reçu. Mon message sur Instagram a été effacé. Nous sommes le 19 juillet, 2 mois plus tard, et toujours rien ! Inutile de dire mon insatisfaction totale. Si vous voulez un produits de qualité et le service qui va avec passez votre chemin…

Vonzeti built me a custom sent unit for my Daytona 900 cafe racer built, i found them to be friendly and very helpful the seat unit is very stong (unlike some others ive looked at) and has lasted without cracking or any other problems for three years.
