10 Guildhall Apartments

The elevator that lifts the cars has technical issues quite often and it takes ages to get fixed. The elevator for the apartments is always busy and the way it is set up is really inconvenient.

Apartments are beautiful and spacious, very well appointed and in a pleasant and desirable central city location with far reaching views.What lets them down is the unreliability of the only lift, umpteen breakdowns in the 18 months since the building was opened. Not good at all, especially given the price of the apartments and the huge service charge.

Good building good quality and nice view

The apartment we saw was good had a large bbq area. Cars parked by lift saved a huge amount of space.
