My parents are nearly 70 and they were completely ripped off by this company. They fitted the entirely wrong thing on their washing machine, charged extortionately over what the product was worth and it hasn't even fixed it. Disgusting.

Utterly useless. Ian has spent nine days telling me he'll come in two days' time to fix our dryer, and then each time fails to show, without even a message. But then promises to come again... and doesn't show again.Wish I'd looked at these reviews before I'd called him.

We have a 20 year old SMEG A2 Opera cooker. The main oven door springs needed replacing. Ian came out at arranged time, evaluated the fault, ordered the springs, and arranged a date to return. He came back two weeks later on the arranged date and completed the repair. Charges were as agreed with no surprises!Thank you.

Spent 5 minutes in house. Pulled plastic cover off dishwasher and then said it needed £200 of parts to fix. Machine is 6 months old.Charged £78 and left

We’ve had this service come twice to look at our oven, they’ve charge us around £80 each time but nothing has changed, the oven is still not working, and they are now ignoring our calls and texts.
