I spoke to the man on the phone before hand about picking up some cash I need sent via western union. However I found another shop open a d willing to do it for me which was much nearer. Later The man phoned me to ask if I was still coming to the shop as he was waiting. So I actually left the shop I was already in and went out of my way adding another 10 pounds onto my taxi journey because I felt bad he had waited for me. I get there and he was so awkward and would not issue the money to me because of something to do with the names on the transfer which Noone in any other shops has ever had any problem with. I would NOT recommend this shop. Don't bother!!

The man that came to collect the items was very friendly and helpful, worked in a professional manner. I highly recommend City Cargo's services x
