Excellent service!Hassle free transaction.Viewed on a Saturday and picked up on the Monday. A really easy experience. I bought a Golf GTI from Metro Cars and would highly recommend them if they have a car you're interested in. The sales approach is professional, friendly and relaxed, with no pushy sales techniques used - just decent polite conversation. They even went out of the way to deliver the car to my preferred garage for inspection.Overall i very pleased, i wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I visited today to test drive a vehicle, the gentleman I dealt with was the most helpful person I have dealt with. Professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. I wish the garage had the spec I was after as I would sure be purchasing a vehicle from them, pretty uncommon nowadays.

We just bought a car from Metro Car London Ltd and would highly recommend them. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly and the car we purchased was low mileage, great condition and a great price. Before we collected it they gave it a full valet and service foc. It was a quick and easy process to sign all the paperwork. They offered us a very fair price to part exchange our old car and we felt very confident they were a reputable garage. They also did not pressure sell which was great.

A very nice gentleman helped with all the formalities. Believing on word that everything works, I made a mistake. Air conditioning not working DAB radio not working. So far no contact from him. He doesn't answer.
