Mark was brilliant! He was quick, competent, professional and reliable. Everything anyone would value in IT support. He knew what I needed, identified the relevant parts and suppliers on eBay, waited for me to order then fixed it all - despite problems with the PC casing. Now my PC runs at warp speed and processes graphics amazingly. I couldn't ask for more, and I'd recommend him unequivocally. Thanks Mark :)

Very recommended if you are looking for a really good professional and a really nice service at the same time. He didn't charge me anything to fetch the laptop and to return it because mine can't be repaired as its mainboard was fried and he even gave me an adaptor for free to help me retrieve my data. Really good guy!!! Do not hesitate to get in touch with him if you have any laptop problem! Won't be disappointed

My laptop screen had smashed late last night so I went to see him to see what he could do and he took it there and then and delivered it to my house just after dinner! Amazing service and very cheap prices! Would definitely recommend! My laptop is looking as good as new! Very very pleased!

Once again Mark came to my rescue! Replaced the drive, transferred all my data. Set up and reinstalled passwords. Even got my printer connected via WiFi which normally takes me hours alone! Collected and dropped off home.Very good prices. A1 service.

Having spilled a drink on my laptop last week I attempted to dry it out. At first the keyboard was not working properly, then the whole thing packed up. I found Mark via a search engine and called him late on Thursday. On Friday he picked up the laptop took it away and rang me later to say it needed a new keyboard which he had ordered and expected to receive on Monday. He just delivered the laptop all working fine early Monday pm. His charge was amazingly reasonable. Just one hour labour plus parts. Considering he collected and delivered it too....unbelieveable! He left me the invoice and said just pay me by BACS. This is exceptional, brilliant service and I will never go anywhere else for repairs in future. If you need your computer repaired, this is the man.

Excellent service and great price. My son dropped his laptop and cracked the screen. A quick shout-out on facebook came back with a recommendation to try Mark. I took the laptop to Mark on a Saturday afternoon and he delivered it back to our house on the Sunday morning. The screen had been replaced as promised and the price was very reasonable - would definitely recommend Mark Wright to family and friends.
