A perfect location for us. The staff were very helpful both before and during our stay. Our room was a little below par; bedding not as pristine as it could have been, bed not made properly, scruffy carpet, but nothing that was problematic. Good breakfast, parking charge was excellent value.

Fabulous location but the staff really make this place. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone we met was lovely. Rooms are good but probably the weakest part of an otherwise great hotel. Our room was huge and had everything we needed. But the bathroom was a bit tired. No USB sockets. TV system was really awful and you couldn't sync your phone or tablet to it. But the bed was massive and comfy and I had everything I actually needed. Just lacking a few modern touches. Location wise it couldn't be much better. 30s walk to the main shopping centre. Dozens of restaurants within 5 minutes. SS Great Britain and the museums within easy walk.

If you are looking to stay in a nice hotel in Bristol then you have to come here! This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. We first stayed here two years ago. Both times, all of the staff were smiley and polite. They were all very smart looking.Everywhere was clean, not only the room itself, but also the lift, the ground floor toilets, the bar and the restaurant. We were tempted to have the unlimited breakfast buffet again because it was so wonderful last time we stayed here. However, we chose to eat breakfast somewhere else this time to save a bit of money. The hotel seems very professionally managed and everything appeared to be well organised. This made check in and out very easy.Apart from it being spotless and perfectly presented, the best thing about the room was the amazing bed! Unfortunately, I didn’t take my tape measure but it was 3 pillows wide! The room with one enormous double bed cost £98 on a Friday night. We paid £9 to have our car parking ticket for Cabot Circus car park validated at the hotel reception. This covered us from Friday afternoon until we left just before midnight on Saturday. We would have had to pay £19 for the Friday parking and £19 for the Saturday parking had we not been staying in the hotel.Overall, we look forward to staying at Future Inn again in the future!

This hotel was a fantastic choice for our stay, providing an unforgettable experience. Nestled right in the heart of the city, it offers both prime location and tranquility. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the breakfast was delightful, though a few more vegetarian options would be a welcome addition. Our stay was made extra special as it was our anniversary. The hotel staff surprised us with a thoughtful gesture of prosecco, sweets, balloons, a personalised card, and rose petals, which was incredibly heartwarming.Traveling with a baby can be challenging, but the hotel's accessibility for pushchairs and the spacious room made it a breeze to manage all our baby essentials. We're already looking forward to our next visit. A heartfelt thanks for a wonderful stay!

Stayed here as part of a large group event; the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful at all times of the day and night. Allergen information for the breakfast was available which was very helpful. Really appreciated the great bar service too, thank you in particular to manager Luke! Room was clean and had good amenities, shower was especially welcome after a long day. There was a fire alarm on Sunday and the staff were well-organised and helpful as they made sure everyone was evacuated and safe. I'd be more than happy to stay here again!

My time at this four-star hotel, while not disappointing, hovered between being mediocre and good. Staying in the Super King room, I anticipated a bit more comfort and a hint of luxury that typically accompanies such accommodations. The room was clean and fundamentally adequate but lacked the small luxuries or distinctive features that make a hotel stay special. The in-room experience, specifically, showed signs of needing a refresh. The worn carpets and fixtures weren't problematic but indicated a place that's well-used rather than well-pampered. Similarly, the lifts were functional but unremarkable, mirroring the sentiment that while everything worked, the environment could use a touch of upgrading to enhance the guest's experience.Given the price, I was expecting more. The price would need to be reviewed to match the current quality, quite a bit lower.Yet, the journey through the hotel wasn't without its pleasant surprises. The staff members were a notable highlight, bringing warmth and helpfulness that added a much-needed layer of comfort to the stay. Their efforts made interactions more enjoyable and personable.Furthermore, the dining experience managed to elevate the overall impression of the hotel. The restaurant and bar delivered good quality food that satisfied and occasionally impressed, providing a respite of enjoyment and marking the peak of the hotel services. In essence, the stay was passable, leaning towards good in certain aspects, particularly because of the commendable human touch and food quality. However, it wasn't the full four-star experience one might hope for. With a bit more attention to detail in the physical aspects of the guest experience, this hotel could certainly move from being simply adequate to genuinely good, making the most of its existing strengths.

Great location right next to Cabot Square. Rooms are dated. No USB charging sockets. Unable to have bed side lights on without main room lights. No mini fridge.

Service was good, especially the room service. Food was also very good for the price. Room was not the greatest, very dated and facilities were very dated. Location was convenient for city centre visiting.

We are this night in this hotel for around 200 pounds/room. They have at 1 floor Xmas party. We are at 4 floor and it is really as to stay into a Disco!!! Till 1 in the night!! How is possible? They don’t excuse.. they say only “we know” but they sold the rooms as quiet and well-sleeping. How is possible? For me the Service is very very low. No respect for customer. Stay far

A strange hotel that feels a bit 1980s. The rooms are clean, but rather tired. The shower I think had it's hotwater pumped from Manchester because it took 10 to 15 minutes to get warm. At which point the shower goes from ice to burn your skin off in a matter of seconds. My biggest issue with the room though was the bed, which I can only liken to a trampoline that you sank into. Both beds in the room were the same, my colleagues had the same complaint. Complimentary bottles of water provided are always welcome so bonus points there. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly very good, for what is a buffet style breakfast. Location wise, you really can't complain. It's right in the centre of Bristol with access to the shops and the town centre directly across. Whilst no Parking on site, there is parking around the corner.I probably would stay again.
