Please ensure you have an agreement in writing before any work is undertaken.I had a verbal agreement to spend no more than £300 = 6 hours labour for works to be carried out by Kerry, who conveniently had forgotten about our conversation.Kerry proceeded with work that was not authorised and presented me with an invoice of over £1000. When confronted he couldn’t recall the conversation we had (how very convenient) about the spend limit we had agreed.I collected my car after paying the extortionate and unjustified invoice to find a basic typed poorly prepared advisory note.The osf indicator wasn’t working which was not noted.The customer service is extremely poor when asked to justify the the labour on the invoice sent to me I was told I don’t have time.To summarise my experience I would warn anyone to have everything in writing
